We are a turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction contractor meeting the needs of our utility customers. We primarily rely on our own workforce to perform the work. Our underground network division is capable of reliably operating metro network systems and providing lead cable splicing and repairs. We are honored to provide our technical expertise to a new, national apprenticeship program for 240 apprentices as they work towards the certifications of Line Maintainer and Substation Electrician.

Our training focuses on safety in the use of proper equipment and following correct procedures. In addition, our stringent drug-testing policy guarantees that each worker can have total confidence in his fellow workers.

A major component of our training is thorough attention to safety, ensuring that jobs are performed using the proper equipment, and following correct procedures. Safety training is ongoing: three-day new hire orientation, CPR/first aid, OSHA 10, pole top and bucket rescue, and specialty training such as crane certification and others. Safety professionals from our safety group regularly visit the job sites for job site observations and to provide safety training. By continually fine-tuning the skills of our dedicated professionals, we provide our customers with the finest workforce available. Our lineman apprenticeship program is recognized by the Department of Labor.
